Bryan began his career representing a door-to-door client, where he built a strong mentality and work ethic before transitioning into retail and representing multiple partners and clients. After joining his promoting owner, Riley, he stepped into leadership within his first two weeks. Over the next seven months in Riley’s office, Bryan focused on developing others, building leaders, and learning the systems and structures needed to manage both a team and the market as a whole. His consistency and growth earned him the opportunity to step into ownership, where he is now launching his own business, representing Fortune 100 companies, and building his own team, office, and culture.
